An invitation to explore the work of Ortho-Bionomy that is open to everyone. Marla Moore will give a brief talk about the principles, philosophy, and history of Ortho-Bionomy, with a demonstration. The majority of the time in this event will be spent teaching attendees Ortho-Bionomy Self-Care, which focuses on how to release tension in one’s own body. This is an effective skill for massage therapists, as well as their clients, to learn.

**This class will not work for CE units for massage therapy license renewal, but it is a fun demonstration and introduction to the work!
